Telehealth visits are available only to patients physically located in: New York (NY), Florida (FL), Texas (TX), Alaska (AK), and Kansas (KS) at the time of the visit. Patient location is verified at the start of each visit.
Emergency & Limitations of Care
- No Emergency Care: Telehealth is not appropriate for life-threatening emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical crisis, call 911 or visit the nearest ER immediately.
- Limitations: We cannot perform physical procedures, provide emergency surgical triage, or manage acute trauma via virtual care.
- Clinical Judgment: Providers may determine telehealth is insufficient for your condition and recommend immediate in-person follow-up.
Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cash-Pay Model: We operate on a cash-pay basis. We do not accept or bill health insurance or Medicare at this time.
- Upfront Payment: Secure payment is required through the DrChrono portal upon scheduling to reserve the physician's clinical time.
- Refund Policy: Consultation fees cover the professional time and clinical evaluation by the physician and are non-refundable once the visit occurs.
- Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a late cancellation fee.
Prescribing & Controlled Substances Policy
- Standard of Care: Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the licensed physician based on clinical evaluation and safety.
- We do not prescribe controlled substances (Schedule II–V) through our telehealth practice.
- Prescription decisions are made case-by-case based on clinical appropriateness and applicable federal and state laws.
- Appropriateness: No prescription is guaranteed; clinical evidence must support all medication orders.
Scope of Services
- Primary & Consultative Care: We offer treatment for non-emergent medical conditions, follow-up monitoring, and care coordination.
- Physician-Led: Every diagnostic decision is made by a licensed physician, not a non-clinician or algorithm.
- Interdisciplinary Limit: We do not replace your in-person local general practitioner for physical exams or standard screenings.
