Payment & Cancellation Policy
Ibn Sina Physicians, PLLC maintains a direct-pay clinical model to ensure personalized, physician-led care without the restrictions of insurance billing.
Direct Cash-Pay Practice
We do not participate with or bill commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. All services are cash-pay only. Telehealth visits are available only to patients physically located in: New York (NY), Florida (FL), Texas (TX), Alaska (AK), and Kansas (KS) at the time of the visit. Patient location is verified at the start of each visit.
Reservation of Physician Time
Payment is required at the time of scheduling via the DrChrono patient portal. This secures your visit and compensates the physician for their dedicated review and evaluation time. Fees are for professional medical evaluation and do not guarantee specific outcomes or prescriptions.
Cancellations & Refunds
A full refund is provided for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your visit. Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to the full visit fee. Refunds are not issued for completed clinical consultations, as the professional service of evaluation has been rendered.
Prescribing & Controlled Substances
We do not prescribe controlled substances (Schedule II–V) through our telehealth practice.
