This practice provides care exclusively to patients physically located in New York, Florida, or Texas at the time of the appointment due to state licensure requirements.

What are your hours of operation?

Appointments are generally accessible from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM Eastern Time. Our availability is structured to serve individuals needing extended clinical options outside standard business hours.

Do you accept insurance?

The practice operates on a cash-pay basis and does not bill insurance providers. Patients are responsible for all professional fees at the time of service.

How does payment work?

All financial transactions are processed securely through the DrChrono patient portal, where you can manage payments and access billing documentation.

Is payment required before the visit?

Yes. To confirm your reservation, payment must be completed at the time of scheduling. Appointment slots are not finalized without a verified transaction.

What conditions are appropriate for telehealth?

Telehealth is suitable for non-emergency primary care, including chronic condition management, medication adjustments, metabolic health follow-ups, menopause symptoms, and routine preventive care. Acute or worsening symptoms may require in-person evaluation.

Do you see children?

Yes. As a board-certified Family Medicine practice, care is available for pediatric and adolescent patients when the clinical presentation is appropriate for virtual evaluation.

How does secure messaging work and what is the response time?

Secure messaging is available via the DrChrono portal for non-urgent administrative and clinical inquiries. Messages are reviewed during business hours, with a typical response time within 48 hours.

Are controlled substances prescribed?

In Phase 1, this practice does not provide chronic management of controlled medications. Clinical consideration of short-term prescriptions is limited and strictly compliant with current regulatory guidelines.

What should I do if I have urgent symptoms?

This practice does not provide emergency services. In the event of urgent or life-threatening symptoms, such as chest pain or respiratory distress, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency department immediately.
