States Served & Licensure
Ibn Sina Physicians is a physician-owned telehealth PLLC licensed to provide care in New York (NY), Florida (FL), Texas (TX), Alaska (AK), and Kansas (KS). Patients must be physically located in one of these five states at the time of their telehealth encounter. We verify residency and location prior to every visit to ensure full compliance with state medical board regulations.
Prescribing & Controlled Substances
Ibn Sina Physicians does not prescribe controlled substances (e.g., narcotics, benzodiazepines, stimulants) via telehealth. Prescriptions for other medications are issued only when clinically appropriate and following a physician evaluation. There is no guarantee of any specific prescription or treatment outcome; clinical judgment is final.

By using our services, you consent to the use of electronic information and communication technologies to provide care. You acknowledge the limitations of telehealth, including the inability to perform a physical exam and potential technical failures. You have the right to withhold or withdraw consent at any time without affecting your right to future care.

Payment & Refund Policy
We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill or accept commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. All fees are due at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as physician time has been allocated.
HIPAA & Privacy Notice
Your health information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We use the secure DrChrono EHR portal for all communications, documentation, and data storage. We do not sell patient data and only share information as required for your care or as permitted by federal and state law.

Use of this site and our clinical portal constitutes agreement to all practice policies, including payment terms and clinical scope.
