Telehealth visits are available only to patients physically located in: New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), Florida (FL), Texas (TX), Alaska (AK), Kansas (KS), and Virginia (VA) at the time of the visit.
Patient location is verified at the start of each visit.
New York
Assessment and clinical care provided by physicians licensed by the New York State Board for Medicine. Patients must be physically present in NY at the time of care.
Florida
Florida telehealth services are provided in accordance with Florida Board of Medicine standards. All physicians hold active, verifiable FL medical licenses.
Texas
Clinical encounters for patients in Texas are conducted by physicians licensed by the Texas Medical Board, following all state telehealth practice guidelines.
Alaska
Licensed to serve residents and visitors physically located within the state of Alaska. Care is provided by physicians licensed by the Alaska State Medical Board.
Kansas
Telehealth services for Kansas residents and visitors are provided by physicians licensed by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts. All care follows KS medical practice standards.
Virginia
Telehealth clinical encounters for patients in Virginia are conducted by physicians licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine, following all state practice guidelines and standards.
New Jersey
Telehealth services are available to patients physically located in New Jersey provided the attending physician is appropriately licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners.

We do not prescribe controlled substances (Schedule II–V) through our telehealth practice. Ibn Sina Physicians operates as a cash-pay PLLC and does not bill insurance or Medicare. Clinical decisions are based on the provider’s judgment during a synchronous evaluation.
