Cash-Pay Model
This practice currently operates as a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance at this time. Patients are responsible for all fees associated with their care.
Membership Rules
Memberships are based on a defined number of visits per month. Visits do not roll over from month to month. Additional visits may be available for a separate fee (for example, $75 per visit).
Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of scheduling to reserve an appointment. Billing, scheduling, and payment processing are handled securely through the DrChrono EHR platform.
Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Secure messaging is available for non-urgent questions only. Typical response time is within 48 hours. Messaging is not a substitute for clinical visits.

Hours of Care
Appointments are available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM Eastern Time. Extended evening availability is offered to better accommodate work and family schedules.

Telehealth consent is required for all patients in New York, Florida, and Texas prior to clinical evaluation. Ibn Sina Physicians provides physician-led, protocol-driven medical care for children and adults via our secure digital platform.
