A) Urgent Telehealth Care (Non-Emergency) — $95 per visit
- Same-day or next-day appointments
- Board-certified physician evaluation
- Diagnosis & treatment plan
- Prescriptions when medically appropriate
Common conditions treated: cold/flu, sinus, uncomplicated UTI, rashes, GI symptoms, minor infections, non-controlled refills.
Not for emergencies. Severe symptoms should go to ER/911.
B) Primary Care Telehealth — $109 per visit
- Chronic disease management (HTN, DM, thyroid, obesity)
- Preventive counseling
- Medication management
- Referrals and care coordination
C) Follow-Up Telehealth Visit — $69 per visit
- Medication adjustments
- Side-effect monitoring
- Progress review
- Ongoing physician oversight
D) Medical Weight Loss Consultation — $129 initial visit
- Physician evaluation and eligibility assessment
- Personalized plan

- Follow-up roadmap

Consultation — $149 initial visit

Payment is required at the time of scheduling to reserve an appointment. Billing, scheduling, and payment processing are handled securely through the DrChrono EHR platform.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Primary Care Membership
- Visits do not roll over from month to month.
- Memberships are based on monthly visit limits.
- Additional visits separately billed at $75 per session.

Hours of Care
Appointments are available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM Eastern Time. Extended evening availability is offered to better accommodate work and family schedules.
